COMITÉ EJECUTIVO
El presidente del Comité Ejecutivo será elegido por consenso entre sus miembros. Presidirá todas las reuniones y su cargo tendrá una validez de dos años, al final de los cuales pondrá su cargo a disposición del comité.
El vicepresidente será elegido por consenso del Comité Ejecutivo por un periodo de dos años. Al final del mandato del presidente, el vicepresidente será nombrado nuevo presidente y se pondrá a disposición del Comité Ejecutivo.
El secretario general tendrá carácter permanente y será miembro exoficio del Consejo General de la ICHCA Internacional.
El Comité Ejecutivo estará constituido por el presidente, el vicepresidente, el secretario general y cuantas personas éstos decidan. Deberá contar con, al menos, un representante de la organización.
